Megan Abner
Megan Abner is an associate with the Law Offices of Michael D. Steger. Ms. Abner’s practice includes trademark, copyright, entertainment and business litigation matters. She takes pride in advocating for creatives, whether individuals or business, in both transactional matters and litigations. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Abner worked both in private practice for boutique intellectual property, arts, and entertainment law firms and in-house for large corporations.
Ms. Abner graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2018, with a concentration in
Intellectual Property and Information Law. She received her BA from Binghamton University, where she earned membership with Phi Beta Kappa and sang a cappella with No Strings Attached. Her award- winning publication “Effects of the FCC’s ‘Internet Freedom’ on the Music Industry and Potential Collaborative Solutions” was published in the American Bar Association’s Entertainments and Sports Lawyer at Ent. & Sports L. Vol. 34 No. 3, 44 (Spring 2018).
